ESD POLYESTER SWABS

ESD polyester swabs are specialized tools designed for use in environments where electrostatic discharge must be carefully controlled, such as in electronics assembly or cleanrooms. These swabs are made without silicone, amide, or DOP. This ensures they do not leave behind any unwanted residues during use. Engineered to be low in particulates, ion content, and non-volatile residues. Ideal for delicate applications.

These polyester tip swabs are excellent dissipative swabs for cleaning small slotted and grooved areas. It has a flexible polyester head paddle and a compact ESD safe handle. Free from organic contaminants such as silicone, amide or phthalate esters.

The thermally bonded polyester head, which is soft, non-abrasive, and resistant to shedding, ensures that no loose fibers contaminate the surfaces being cleaned.
