MONMOUTH ALUMINIUM MODULAR CLEANROOM SYSTEMS

Monmouth’s Modular Cleanroom Kits for the UK or EMEA are available in a number of different sizes and meet ISO 7 and ISO 8 standards. Each kit includes fan filter units (FFU) with ceiling-mounted or wall-mounted both available. The aluminium framework provides a smooth surface, preventing dirt and dust build-up. It is lightweight and extends, moves, or dismantles easily.

CONTROLLED CONTAMINATION FREE ENVIRONMENT

Includes several essential components designed to create a controlled, contamination-free environment. It features a soft-close sliding door, which minimizes airflow disruption and helps maintain the cleanroom’s internal air quality. Efficient air filtration from the CAM2250 Clean Air Module, meets stringent cleanliness standards. LED lighting provides bright, energy-efficient illumination for optimal visibility within the cleanroom space. Together, these features contribute to a high-performance, modular solution tailored for environments requiring strict contamination control.

PROFILES SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR CLEANROOM CONSTRUCTION

A framework made from a combination of 30 x 30mm, 30 x 50mm and 30 x 100mm aluminium profiles makes this modular system extremely flexible. The aluminium profiles themselves are extremely strong with 2mm thick walls around a 14mm central box core. The modular structure is specifically designed for cleanroom construction. It has a smooth wipe clean anodised finish, and tight fitting joints. There are no horizontal ledges to attract dust, dirt or particles.

6mm white faced aluminium composite make up the walls and ceiling panels with windows made from 6mm clear polycarbonate infill panels. A selection of alternative panels in a variety of materials is available on request.
