UNIVERSAL ESD SWAB – POLYURETHANE

The universal ESD Swab is an excellent dissipative swab that features a cleanroom laundered, 100 ppi (Z) open cell polyurethane foam head that possesses high solvent capacity and good cushioning. It has a compact and firm handle with a round internal core providing stable support in cleaning small and confined areas. Universal ESD Swabs are free from organic contaminants such as silicone, amide and phthalate esters. They feature very low non-volatile residue (NVR), ion content and particle generation. Universal ESD Swabs are excellent in cleaning static sensitive components.

Designed to meet the stringent requirements of sensitive environments.  The swab is compatible with most common solvents, making it versatile for a range of uses.

Applications for this ESD swab include cleaning with solvents like IPA, reaching small and confined areas, applying lubricants or other liquids, removing flux residues, and general-purpose cleaning. This swab is well-suited for precision cleaning tasks in electronics, laboratories, and other controlled environments.
