Description

IPA WIPES. PRE-SATURATED

Pre-saturated IPA pack wipes are laser-sealed and made from 100% continuous filament polyester. Low-linting wipes engineered to increase absorbent capacity and reduce contamination within your controlled environment. A combination of 70% IPA (isopropyl alcohol) and 30% DI (deionised water) water with an optimum 38% saturation level.

Using pre-saturated wipes removes problems associated with purchasing, storing, diluting, and mixing IPA in a controlled environment. This includes maintaining squirt bottles and storing and documenting the control of flammable solvents. “Over-saturated” wipes are no longer a problem, as pre-saturated wipes combine cleanroom wipes with the appropriate levels of IPA and DI water into one convenient delivery system. These wipes have a laser-sealed edge for reduced fibre contamination. Pre-saturated IPA pack wipes are packaged in resealable zip-lock bags to prevent solvent evaporation and provide consistent cleaning.
