CLEANROOM PERMANENT OVER BOOTS

Cleanroom permanent over boots are designed and manufactured from a lightweight fabric with 99% polyester filament yarn and 1% polyester carbon compound filament yarn. This provides an excellent combination of comfort and protection. These permanent over boots are suitable for use in both sterile and non-sterile environments.

Cleanroom permanent over boots are crafted with a fabric blend of 98% polyester filament yarn and 2% polyester carbon compound filament yarn, providing static control and durability. The edges of all main panels are sealed or encapsulated, minimizing particle release. Seams are twin-needled using monofilament thread at 8-12 stitches per inch for added strength and reduced contamination risk. Metal studs with stainless steel facings provide secure fastening, and all polyester tapes are pre-autoclaved, ensuring they meet cleanroom standards. These over boots are suitable for high-contamination-control environments, including cleanrooms and controlled areas requiring consistent cleanliness and ESD protection.

Engineered for high-level contamination control, suitable for GMP Grade A, B, C and D areas, meeting stringent cleanliness standards. Designed for antistatic control conditions, they provide essential protection for sensitive environments.

Optional extras include a unique snap fasten over the bridge for added security, tie tapes at the calf and ankle for a custom fit, and a toggle adjustment at the calf for enhanced stability. The boots feature pre-autoclaved tapes for immediate use in clean areas, and the highest quality monofilament thread for durable, low-shedding seams. Additionally, overlapping and cover stitching of the hose to the sole further reduces particle shedding, supporting strict cleanliness requirements in controlled environments.
