PERMANENT CLEANROOM COVERALL WITH HOOD

Permanent coveralls are specifically designed and manufactured from lightweight, non-linting, monofilament polyester materials. These particular coveralls are suitable for GMP grade A, B, C, and D environments ensuring users can wear them in many controlled settings.

Suitable for both sterile* and non-sterile settings, as well as within antistatic controlled areas. Manufactured from 99% polyester filament yarn and 1% polyester carbon compound filament yarn providing full protection and comfort. The coverall features a fully integrated hood and non-linting seams throughout, making it ideal for contamination control. The coverall offers ESD compatibility, provides static protection, and ensures comfort, breathability, and durability.

The standard coverall has a built-in hood and a mandarin collar with an adjustable neck. It features raglan sleeves for easy movement. The cuffs and ankles are adjustable with studs for a secure fit. The seams are non-linting to prevent particle generation, and a zip front closure makes it easy to wear.

Optional features include knitted cuffs, Lycra cuffs (which are not suitable for irradiated garments), and elasticated cuffs and ankles. You can customize the hood with vertical and horizontal studs. It also has a stud for masks. An option exists to adjust the acoustic vent for extra comfort.

Available in sizes from XS to 5XL, with a minimum order quantity of 5 per size. Can be sterilised using gamma irradiation*.
